HC Government Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Lease Award to Build a New FBI Office in Daytona, FL.

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – HCGRT is pleased to announce that the Company has been awarded a new lease in Daytona, FL for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). With a 15-year term (and 10-year renewal option), this new 12,000 square foot facility will be built to FBI’s specifications to support their day-to-day activities and will include state of the art finishes and security systems. Construction is estimated to begin in November 2022 with occupancy commencing early 2024.

HCGRT President Philip Perry added the following statement to today’s announcement:

The awarding of this lease demonstrates our team proven experience and strong reputation with GSA. We are grateful to be entrusted to provide a facility to support the FBI in their mission today and for many years to come.”
